FOR WHICH LEVELS ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE?
The classes are suitable for all levels. During the live coaching different difficulty levels will be shown.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
You only need a Yoga Mat. All Classes can be done without any additional equipment. However if you are already advanced, you can add additional tools (ankle weights, body bands, Pilates ball & ring) to intensify the workout.
WHAT MAKES YOUR TRAINING SPECIAL?
Try a class and you will see :)
All workouts are a mix between Pilates exercises & Yoga flows. This will allow your body to build strong and lean muscles. Each session will focus on correct execution & breath and the closing sequence will relax your mind and body. My classes work are build on a 360 degree experience for body, mind and soul.
